Cascina Barosca, built between the end of the 1600s and the beginning of the 1700s, is a building of historical and environmental value in Lower Monferrato. It is located a few hundred meters from the Sanctuary dedicated to San Giovanni Bosco. It is a typical Piedmontese brick farmhouse, with authentic and traditional charm. The living quarters are at the ends, while in the center is the ancient stable, topped by the barn.
We give our guests the opportunity to spend a holiday period in the midst of nature in conditions of tranquility that many people are no longer used to, and to be welcomed in a family-run structure. It is also for this reason that we have chosen to limit the number of beds offered, thus being able to provide a two-room apartment for 3 people and 2 rooms, all with bathrooms, one of which leads to a large terrace with a splendid view of Monviso and the Alpine range.
For catering as well, we have chosen to prioritize the tranquility of the guests. Every dish is prepared at the moment with fresh ingredients, without being reheated before service. The kitchen offers typical local specialties, made with seasonal products grown on the farm or selected from local farmers. Booking is recommended.
