The history of the Bava family began in Cocconato, among the hills of the Asti Monferrato, where they have cultivated vineyards since the 1600s. In 1911 they built their first winery here, starting a tradition that counts over a hundred harvests and six generations. Bava Barberas are today appreciated all over the world thanks to their high quality. The family owns 50 hectares of vineyards between Monferrato and Langhe, cultivated with sustainable and low environmental impact methods.
