Ristorante Conrado is located in the village of Berzano San Pietro, in the heart of Monferrato, and welcomes guests in an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Founded at the beginning of the 20th century as a village shop, it is today a family-run restaurant that guards tradition. The kitchen offers Piedmontese dishes revisited with simplicity and taste, using seasonal and local ingredients.

Among the specialties: Monferrato agnolotto, Albugnano-style braised meat, and Piedmontese mixed fried meats.

our specialty, our Piedmontese Mixed Fried Meats is a specialty prepared entirely at the moment, with a long and accurate process. Each piece is breaded by hand with selected flours, eggs, and breadcrumbs of our own production, then fried separately to enhance taste and aromas. We call it “Fritto Misto 2006” because it was born from over 20 years of research and innovation, to always guarantee excellent quality.
