Behind us is the Maciot organic and biodynamic farm, ICEA and Demeter certified, from which we obtain natural and genuine products. We produce the wines offered for tasting at La Cantina del Ponte, vegetables that we transform into healthy and flavorful dishes, and Piedmont Hazelnuts, the basis of our authentic desserts. We enhance raw materials, many of which are of our own production, with low-intervention processes to offer an experience of scents and flavors capable of leaving a mark and inviting you to return.
