Paolo Fasolo’s wines are produced in the beautiful Monferrato hillside area in Piedmont defined as “Terre Bianche” (White Lands), and from marly limestone soils. Monferrato, a territory almost exclusively hilly and unexplored, is an area between Turin, Alessandria, and Asti. An ancient land of marquisates, castles, and rural culture, where tradition continues to be a sincere custom.
