Cocco…Wine 2026: The 25th Edition in the Village of Cocconato
Saturday, September 5th & Sunday, September 6th – Monferrato celebrates 25 years of wine, local flavors, and tradition.
A historic milestone for one of Piedmont’s most beloved food and wine events. Cocco…Wine reaches its 25th edition, transforming the historic center of Cocconato into a spectacular open-air wine route.
Organized by Go Wine, alongside the Municipality of Cocconato and the Cocconato Riviera del Monferrato Consortium, this event celebrates the breathtaking landscape of the Asti hills, local boutique wineries (plus guest producers from across Piedmont), and authentic culinary traditions—including the famous Robiola di Cocconato cheese.

Friday, September 4th – The Preview Night
- 18:30 | Exclusive Masterclass: Guided tasting focusing on Barbera d’Asti Superiore di Cocconato. (Reserved for Press & Ho.Re.Ca. professionals. For accreditation: ).
- 20:00 | Il Salotto di Cocco…Wine: The traditional sit-down preview dinner. An exclusive wine bar experience where every Consortium winery showcases their finest bottles, paired with curated dishes from Cocconato’s top local restaurants.
Saturday, September 5th (From 16:00 to 24:00)
- Wine tasting stands open throughout the historic center (afternoon and evening).
- Cultural initiatives and the “Cammina il Borgo” scenic walking tour.
Sunday, September 6th (From 11:00 to 19:00)
- Wine tasting stands open all day.
- Gastronomic stalls, masterclasses, and themed wine islands.
🚂 New for 2026: Travel by Historical Steam Train!
Exclusively on Sunday, September 6th, you can reach Cocconato aboard a beautifully preserved “Centoporte” Historical Train. Leave your car at home and enjoy a nostalgic, slow-travel journey through the rolling hills, departing from Torino Porta Nuova with stops in Moncalieri and Asti.
