The history of Pianfiorito has its roots in 1327, among the vineyards of the Fief of Vezzolano. In 1946, the Binello family settled in Albugnano, giving new life to the lands and buildings. With work, vision, and innovation, Nebbiolo vineyards and peach cultivation were born. A successful project, awarded and still linked today to the historic markets of Piedmont. 🍑🍇
The recipe book follows the classic sequence of Piedmontese cuisine, from appetizers to desserts. The protagonists are traditional dishes: tajarin, ravioli, Piedmontese breed meats, and great roasts. Vegetables, farm-grown cereals, and typical desserts complete a rich and authentic menu.
