My name is Domenico, everyone calls me Mimmo, and I was born in Turin. After years as an employee in the State Railways, I realized that was not my path. In 1998, an ONAV tasting course ignited my passion for wine and pushed me to change my life. Today I am a winemaker in the hills of the Asti region, with vineyards in Roatto, Piovà Massaia, and San Paolo Solbrito—lands of Freisa, Barbera, and Bonarda.
