Salumificio Ferrero was born in Cocconato in 1978, continuing the activity started in 1949 by Guido Ferrero. In 1991, production of Prosciutto Crudo di Cocconato began, enhanced by the local microclimate and selected raw materials. Today the company is carried forward by the third generation, with artisanal processes and natural products.
